Welcome! My name is Will Hoyt and I use this space to show off my art. I try to incorporate personal experience, history, modern events, and other impactful media to create meaningful realistic, abstract, or surreal pieces. I mainly work with oil paints, but love to experiment with other mediums and materials such as acrylic, ceramic, and metal. A goal of my work is to show how the world around us can or already has changed from the effects of climate change, human influence, or lack of intervention. Through brushwork and color I aim to capture different emotions and express myself and my ideas.

I grew up in Florida, obtained my BA in Communication, Film Studies, and Studio Art at Boston College, and now live and work in New York City.
