Welcome! My name is Will Hoyt and I use this space to show off my art. I try to incorporate personal experience, history, modern events, and other impactful media to create meaningful realistic, abstract, or surreal pieces. I use mainly oil and acrylic paint, but also other mediums and materials to show how the world around us can or already has changed from the effects of climate change, human influence, or lack of intervention. Through brushwork and color I aim to capture different effects in order to express myself and understand environments.

I grew up in Florida, went to school at Boston College, and now live in New York City and currently work at the Museum of Modern Art.
